If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. 

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and PayINR.com with respect to the PayINR.com site / services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and PayINR.com with respect to the PayINR.com site / services.

1. PayINR.com Services is a Payment Gateway for hotels who have advertised with us & for the comfort of their Esteem Guest to make an advance / full payment to the hotel.
2. PayINR.com is not responsible for the Allotment of Rooms or Refunds to the guest.
3. The cancellation policy of the concerned hotel will be applicable for the room, or package booking, for which the receipt is issued.
4. Check In / Out timings as prescribed by the respective hotel is to be followed. Extra charges for retention of rooms beyond the time will be billed by the hotel & has to be paid directly on spot.
5. No refund can be made for unused services, for unused transportation, unconsumed meals included in the package, (Breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea) or for voluntary modifications made by the traveler.
6. PayINR.com Services is not responsible for maintenance & upkeep of the hotel rooms, food quality, or services provided by the hotel.
7. Any dispute regarding, service provided, room quality, food quality, transportation, complimentary transfers as provided by the hotel, is to be taken with the concerned hotel directly without involving PayINR.com Services at any point.
8. PayINR.com is not responsible for any Refunds to the tourist. The Tourist has to claim refunds if any, from the Hotel.
9. A minimum of 10% will be deducted by the Hotel even if the hotel decides to refund you in kind or in part or retain as advance for any future stay.
10. No part or full refunds are permissible if the area / location of the hotel suffers a power cut, due to load shedding or otherwise & air-conditioners / fans / lights etc do not function.
